Two completely different styles, same artist. The second flyer with all the color was rejected by the client because it didn't reflect his musical style. When I first decided to make it so colorful and animated I thought to myself that I should at least see what the artist is about...but I just went ahead anyway. The first flyer was more his style. Always discuss the clients needs beforehand, saves time and money.
