A promoter friend of mine has his boatride party every year called Madness on the Water (which I also designed last year), but this year another promoter used the same exact name for their boatride. It could have been a coincidence or a blatant theft...knowing of it and still using it...who knows. So hence the banner going across (similar to the police tape used at a crime scene...pun intended), indicating that this is the ORIGINAL Madness On The Water.
