This flyer could of been alot better but I had a hard time with the concept and when I did get some sort of direction I was pressed for time. Oh well, can't kill them all.

Teen Glow

Kai Studio, is probably the dopest lounge in Brooklyn. The interior design is just a breathtaking experience. So when the owner came to me too do this project, I knew I had to go above and beyond. She was very specific in the details of the flyer and how she wanted it to look and feel. It took me twice as long to do this flyer, and alot of time was spent in the small details. I'm glad to say, she was very happy with the end result. 

Ivy

Ivybez wanted something special to promote his anniversary event. He wanted a orange flyer, with different colors incorporated...vibe; classy and sexy. This was a tough one indeed. I finished the first draft but I accidentally flattened and saved it so I couldn't make any more changes too it...good thing he liked it. The only thing that I'm upset about is the fact I didn't center justify the date at the top. 

I Am A Drinka

This the third flyer I did in the "Drinka" series. I must admit I struggled with this series, wasn't really happy with the outcome of the last two, always thought I could have done better. With this one I think I finally got it.

This was for the "Week in News" contest over at FN. Gadhafi will kill whoever opposes his regime or die a martyr. Journalist have labeled him a megalomanic. Image placed 5th out of 24 entries.

Libyan Democracy

I entered this piece at FN for the week in news contest. With all the violence going on in Libya for the leader Muamaar Ghadafi to step down, his son Saif said in his interview with cnn, that his country is a democracy and if elections were held tomorrow his father would win by a large margin. I find that very interesting. So the image is a representation of how they would pull something like that off. This image placed first out of 12 entries.

The layout for this flyer was so nice but the beauty of the image got lost amidst all that info.

Happy Meal

Haven't had much time to compete on the FreakingNews.com site. I've been busy with client work. I found some time over the weekend to finish this piece, which I started the week prior. I was struggling with this one at first, but the concept finally came together after tons of revisions. This piece came in second out of 44 entries.
